At Green Beginnings, we create beautiful, bespoke planting designs for real gardens — from a single border that needs a little love to a complete planting scheme for a blank new-build garden.

We start by visiting you at home to understand your space, how you use your garden and the kind of garden you’d love to have. We’ll consider everything from your soil and aspect to your favourite colours, maintenance preferences and budget, before creating a planting design that is completely individual to you.
curation
Our style is naturalistic, colourful and softly flowing, with a focus on perennial planting that returns year after year. We design with wildlife in mind too, choosing pollinator-friendly plants and creating a long season of flowers, colour and interest for you — and your garden visitors — to enjoy.
We can help with preparing new borders using a no-dig approach, source your plants and plant everything for you, or provide the design and plants for you to get stuck in and plant yourself.
Whether you’ve moved into a new-build with a blank canvas, have an existing border that just isn’t working, or simply have a corner of your garden you’d love to make more beautiful, Green Beginnings can help you make a confident start.
